Set Up Your ECG Source
Head to your profile screen and choose where you'll get your ECGs from. Options include Apple Watch, Samsung Watch, Fitbit, or Withings.
- Fitbit or Withings Users: You'll need to enter your credentials, but don't worry—you only have to do this once!
Upload Your ECG
Go to the Main screen and select "Upload ECG" to fetch your latest ECG from your device. Then, hit the "Run Evaluations" button.
Check Out Your Results
Navigate to the Results page to see your heart's true age, the racial makeup of your heart, and what percentage of man and woman you are at heart!
